Search Marketing Specialist

We are seeking hard working, detail-oriented executives with a good understanding of Search Marketing. Singapore based.

Key Responsibilities:
- The Search Engine Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development and day to day management of Search Engine campaigns for a portfolio of clients (accounts to be specified)
- Working closely with search teams and agency business teams, key responsibilities include:
- Work with Managing Director to identify agency clients for Search Marketing activities
- Develop search strategy based on program objectives
- Analyze campaign trends and effectiveness
- Other tasks as necessary

Skills Required:
- Minimum Bachelor/Polytechnic degree or higher (majoring in Marketing and/or Management Information Technology or related studies)
- 2 years experience in the Search Marketing/Analytics field
- Proven search engine marketing experience coupled with knowledge of Google AdWords and Yahoo! Search Marketing
- Solid understanding of site conversion and user experience best practices
- Understanding of search engine technology platforms (e.g. bid management)
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and attention to detail
- use of macros and pivot tables a plus
- In-depth understanding of how search engines rank sites and how their algorithms are evolving
- Strong analytical skills and experience with testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment
- Motivated and creative with the ability to self-manage
- A team player who enjoys working in a diverse and dynamic environment
- Technical web experience including HTML, JavaScript, Content Management Systems, and other scripting languages a plus
